SHIPPING PROCESSES
*Please be advised that we are currently unable to deliver parcels to Russia or Ukraine. We hope to recommence shipping to these locations as soon as possible.
- Orders placed by 10 am AEST Mon-Fri (excluding public holidays) will be dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 10 am AEST or on the weekend will be dispatched the next business day.
- Please allow for a minor dispatch delay on launch days and sale days as we work to pick and pack high order volumes.
Orders will be processed and delivered Monday-Friday, except in cases where there are national holidays.
Please be aware that orders placed during national/public holidays may experience longer processing and delivery times.
DELAYS
Please know, we are working as fast as we can to meet all delivery times but sometimes there may be delays. This can occur for a number of reasons including but not limited to courier delays, logistics and bad weather.
If your package is delayed, please know that we will keep you updated as much as possible.

CUSTOMS
Items for delivery outside of Australia may have to be cleared through customs.
Some countries charge a duty or tax on imported parcels over a certain value. If your order exceeds this amount, you may be asked to pay a duty fee to receive your order.
Please contact your local Customs office for more information on charges for your country prior to purchasing and to better understand the threshold in your country.
Please note Flow Activestore does not cover import liabilities that are applied by the government of the destination country. Flow Activestore will not be held liable or responsible for custom delays, duties or taxes that may apply. Flow Activestore do not have control over these fees and cannot estimate how much these will be as they vary widely per country and per order value. Flow Activestore is not responsible for notifying customers that their item(s) are awaiting the payment of customs duties and taxes. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
In the event that you refuse to pay these fees, your parcel may be destroyed and a replacement or refund cannot be offered.

- International orders over $150 (AUD) will receive free standard shipping.
- International orders over $200 (AUD) will receive free express shipping.
*Please be advised that our couriers can only accept business addresses for both Russia and Northern Ireland. Residential addresses for these countries are not permitted.

FAQS
I haven’t received a confirmation email and I placed my order over 24 hours ago, what shall I do?
Confirmation emails can sometimes go into your spam/junk folders so please check this first. If you still do not have this, please email into info@cropshopboutique.com with your order number and we will be able to assist.
How much does shipping cost?
The cost of shipping is calculated at checkout and based on delivery location and weight.
- Domestic orders will receive free express shipping for orders over $150 (AUD).
- International orders over $150 (AUD) will receive free standard shipping.
- International orders over $200 (AUD) will receive free express shipping.
I entered the wrong address, what do I do?
Please email info@flowactivestore.com ASAP with your correct address and we will do our absolute best to amend this. Please note, we cannot guarantee that we will get to you in time due to the high volume of orders and requests received daily, especially on launch days.
If your order has already been shipped from our Warehouse, we are now unable to edit your address and it is your responsibility to contact the courier to have this amended on their end. If the wrong address is provided, we are unable to refund your purchase or provide a replacement. However please email us at info@flowactivestore.com
How do I track my order?
To track your order, please click the link in your dispatch email. Make sure to check your junk/spam folders too. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to activate.
If you still haven’t received this, please contact info@flowactivestore.com with your Order Number.
My tracking says delivered, but I haven’t received it!?
If your package is missing, please have a look around your property to see if it was tucked away out of sight. Please check around all entrances, including around the garage. If applicable, please check your mail room or front desk reception. You could also check with other members of your household and neighbours to see if they received the package on your behalf as we do see this happen quite often.
If you still cannot locate your parcel, email info@flowactivestore.com and we will be happy to assist, however please know we cannot refund a missing but delivered parcel.
Will I be charged Duties and Taxes?

It is your responsibility contacting your local Customs office for more information on charges for your country prior to purchasing.
Can Duties and Taxes be refunded?
Duties and Taxes are non-refundable as they are required for import by the Governmental body of your country and Flow Activestore do not collect or handle these fees.
Can my parcel be sent to a PO Box or Parcel Locker?
Seko cannot deliver to Parcel lockers.
DHL cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
DHL cannot accept Military addresses.
Any countries Flow Activestore cannot ship to?
We are currently unable to deliver parcels to Russia or Ukraine.
